Breakfast was very nice there was so much choice. I liked my room. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and came to help me quickly when I couldn’t get the express machine to work. They soon sorted it out and showed me how. I think they could do with some instructions in the room on a card - for the air con and the shower and the coffee machine plus the phone number of reception. A wonderful stay and would love to go back.

2 min walk to the tram stop (Tram 14 Flexopark from Centraal Station (we got the train from the airport for about €7 15mins or so), get off at Artis - we got the 72hr tram travel pass for €21, you just tap in tap out). We travelled to most districts of the city, no more than 15 mins and they are extremely regular). From station to Artis aboit 10mins). Quiet location, quiet hotel - we were in the new section of the hotel (room 300) & could hear the tram at times - but didnt wake me up and I'm a light sleeper & we had a heavy stepper above us which can't be helped! Staff helpful & friendly. Twin room & we got a double twin room which was a surprise, plus a little welcome note & offer of complimentary drinks (we didn't take the offer) which was a lovely touch. Rooms clean. Beds amazingly comfy. Shower was fantastic. Plenty of towels. Coffee machine. Hairdryer. Shampoo/shower gel & conditioner provided (smelt lovely). Air conditioning (button on top). No negatives. We didn't have breakfast, we ate later on in the day in the many cafes in the city but there are 3 cafés next to or across the road from the hotel, small bar/pub & a takeaway. If I ever return, I'll definitely rebook here and recommend. Perfect location, perfect hotel, perfect city, perfect break away.

The staff are every friendly and very helpful! we had lots of fun conversations. The rooms were stylish and had a very nice vibe to them. The location is easily accessible and is next to a bus/tram? station.

The atmosphere created in the reception area was exceptional. The staff were always on hand to ope the door and greet us. The hotel’s WhatsApp responses were supportive during our stay and breakfast was wonderful.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location for exploring Amsterdam. The staff are so lovely and kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We were made to feel so welcome. Even though the location was very central, it was so quiet and got the best night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection and was very tasty. We had the best time, would love to stay here again.
