Stayokay Hostel Soest is an HI-hostel in the heart of the Netherlands, nearby Amersfoort. Among woods and dunes and yet easy to reach. The perfect place for a few days of walking, cycling, swimming, visiting palaces and museums, maybe a visit to the city: Stayokay Hostel Soest is the ideal home base for enjoying nature and culture. Stayokay Hostel Soest offers plenty of comfort and free WiFi is available. The rooms are housed in a separate wing and all feature private sanitary facilities. The main hall is the place to meet fellow guests for sharing stories about your adventures or relax in the bar and restaurant, enjoy the reading table or kick back in the TV room. Outside Stayokay Hostel Soest has a number of sports and playing fields, a picnic area and camp fire place. The hostel has different sports and games equipment.

“A solid choice for a short stay. Considering how overpriced Amsterdam accommodation is, Stayokay provides a much better”
Very friendly staff. They don’t have hairdryers in the rooms, but a young guy at the reception/bar made an effort to find one for me when I needed it for the kids. Breakfast was solid, and there’s a playground outside where children can play while you relax with a coffee.

We took a comfort room for 2, which was good enough to sleep one night, however a bit small in size. Hotel is nicely located in quiet area.

Very good breakfast and bar. Very suitable as a small conference venue, especially when outdoor amenities can be used. Staff was also very friendly.

“Good basic overnight accommodation”
The basic hostel is a good base for an overnight stay or possibly longer (especially in warmer weather when you could make more of the outdoor space). The staff were friendly and welcoming. There is sufficient space indoors to sit comfortably in the evening in the communal areas. There is even a range of board games available.

The location of the hostel is beautiful. If you like nature this is one of the best places to stay. The staff is helpful and we had no trouble during our stay here.
