“Great”

Very good location, close to the train station and near the city center, in a quiet area. It is a very large hotel, and the spa and swimming pool are included in the price. The only drawback is that the rooms do not have balconies, and if you are a smoker and want to smoke, you have to come down from your floor, walk through the entire hotel, and then go outside in order to smoke. In addition, on our last night before departure, at around 3:30 a.m., someone repeatedly knocked and rang our doorbell for about five minutes. It was quite unsettling. We did not open the door because we could not identify who it was, and nothing could be seen through the peephole. We believe that measures should be taken to prevent situations like this from happening, especially during the night and at such early hours. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

The opening hours of the spa and pool. The breakfast was also excellent. The room was comfortable, although the glass bathroom gave little opportunity for some privacy when using the toilet.

Very comfortable bed, central location, stocky and healthy breakfast, sauna open until 22pm and swimming pool 23pm Forest viewside will give you good forest views and nice sun rises but city view will have rhe sunset

Again a great stay, a bit stressy with the traffic getting there, maybe wrong timing.. also an important street was blocked. Oh, and 35C in May is not quite normal either.. Receptionist was nice and understanding, room was great, a bit warm, but airco did its best. Close to everything you need, parking is great, even with a bigger car.

Clean and comfortable room with all amenities. Not far from the Centraal Station. Quiet and peaceful location. Good facilities, gym was fantastic. Romy at the reception during check-in was extremely professional and helpful.

Very suitable and comfortable hotel! There is everything for a good long-term or short-term rest! Amazing breakfast with a great variety of dishes, 24/7 working gym that I adore the most as much as I am an “early bird”. I definitely get back there when I will visit Eindhoven again.

Spacious and well-equipped room: The room was very spacious. Having a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and all the necessary cookware was a huge plus. Great soundproofing: The room was incredibly quiet; we couldn't hear any noise from the corridor or neighboring rooms. Highly responsive staff: I was deeply impressed by how helpful the staff was with our specific requests. They quickly provided a room divider (screen) between the beds and effortlessly resolved the issue of parking and charging the mobility scooters we rented for our elderly relatives. Housekeeping: A special thanks to the cleaning staff who took care of our room — they were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful!

I've been using the hotel for many many years and always thoroughly efficient and enjoyable, but all the more so with the wonderful Napaporn on reception - always very professional and always laughing and joking - if all hotels around the world had a Napaporn, business travel would be all the more enjoyable.

What I find very good at this hotel is the lighting in the room, the quality of the beds and the shower, and the overall atmosphere. Parking works really well. Didn't try the gym, hopefully next time. The location is good for nearby restaurants. The hotel definitely has International flair...
