Exceptional property. Great host. On a quiet street but you are a stones throw from the museums and lots of nice restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay again if we return to Amsterdam. We have the studio so plenty of space to prepare breakfast and enjoy a pre dinner drink. The art work and garden make the property very unique. Lots of extra touches. Just perfect ☺️

Amazing suite! Breathtaking !

Although I had already checked the photos of the apartment before my arrival, I was still amazed by the view and the interior decoration. The welcoming atmosphere created by the owner was very pleasant, and the well-prepared snacks, suitable for all guests, along with real flowers in the room, added a lovely touch. There are so many advantages to this place—it’s like a whole page of them—and I can easily understand why it has such a high rating, just 10 minutes after arriving. Despite having visited Amsterdam many times before, this stay has given me a new sense of excitement and anticipation for my future trips to the city.

We knew this was going to be something out of the ordinary with the hotel only having 5 rooms in total but we were not prepared for how magnificent Park Mansion hotel is. The location first sold us due to the walking distance proximity of the Museumplein and access to public trams. Our suite was the aptly named Empire and it felt like we had travelled back to Regency-era Holland. The decor is pure 1800s with silk and velvet draped walls, frescoed ceilings and marble console tables. The scent of fresh flowers was a daily delight. While the modern cons of a kitchenette and bathroom were on the small side, the quality and comfort was wonderful. We were spoilt for choice for food and drink and the heated bathroom floor was lovely. Our host Ferry was amazing. So helpful, welcoming and made the visit superb.

We had an unforgettable stay in Amsterdam, truly one of the most memorable places we’ve ever booked. The property itself is remarkable, a beautifully restored historic townhouse with all its character intact yet styled with a modern elegant touch. We booked 2 rooms, same floor across from each other for a family of 4. Our rooms were spacious, warm and thoughtfully designed. From the fireplace to the floor to ceiling windows overlooking a private garden, every detail was perfect. The location couldn’t be better. Tucked in a quiet, charming neighbourhood right near Vondelpark, we were only a short walk from the major museums, galleries, restaurants and canal tours. It felt wonderfully local, far from the usual hotel crowds, yet close to everything we wanted to see. Our host was exceptional! Genuinely kind, attentive and full of helpful recommendations about what to do (and what to skip). The welcome touches, including a well stocked minibar with drinks and treats, made us feel instantly at home. Our host carried our (very heavy) luggage up and down the staircase for us without hesitation. The value for the quality was outstanding and the flexible apartment layout makes it ideal for couples, families or groups.

One of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in—and we travel a lot! Everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning: a true historic four-level townhouse, hundreds of years old yet beautifully renovated in an ultra-chic style that highlights its heritage features. The central staircase is absolutely magnificent, adorned with rich, evocative tones and original portraits you’d expect to find in a museum. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, perfect for visiting major museums, galleries, canal tours, and Christmas markets. It’s a charming local neighborhood, far from the impersonal feel of big hotels, and just steps away from one of the most fashionable and exclusive streets in town. Our host was exceptional, taking the time to explain the apartment and share invaluable tips about what to see and what to skip. As a heritage property, there’s no lift and the spiral staircase is steep, but this was no issue at all—our luggage was carried up on arrival and down on departure. I honestly can’t recommend this property highly enough. To top it off, the price was far below what we expected for such quality. There are two apartments per floor, which can be configured with multiple bedrooms, making it ideal for different group sizes. I will never stay anywhere else in Amsterdam.

“A True Haven of Peace Near Vondelpark”

We had an extraordinary stay from December 29 to January 1 in the Garden Suite. The suite is beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated : every detail contributes to a warm and elegant atmosphere. The fireplace, the large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the private garden, and the heated floors made our stay especially comfortable, particularly during the winter season. The welcome was warm and attentive, with thoughtful touches upon our arrival (a well-stocked minibar, drinks, and treats), which truly made a difference. Ferry was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and gave us excellent advice on how to make the most of Amsterdam. The location is ideal: right next to Vondelpark, just a short walk from the museums (Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum) and many restaurants. Thanks to this quiet and charming neighborhood, we were able to explore the city easily on foot. In short, a true haven of peace in the heart of Amsterdam, perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing stay. We will definitely return !

We really enjoyed our stay at Park Mansion. It felt warm and cozy, and the room was very spacious. The only downside was that the bathroom was a bit small, and the toilet seemed quite high — probably normal for the Netherlands. The staircase was extremely steep, so this place may not be suitable for elderly guests or people with mobility issues. The location was absolutely top-notch. We came for a concert, and having the venue within walking distance made everything so much easier. All the luxury shops were just around the corner, which I personally loved. There were restaurants for every taste nearby, and the area wasn’t too crowded with tourists. You can also walk to the city center instead of taking a taxi and going in circles. But what we appreciated the most was the host — incredibly welcoming and helpful. He carried our suitcases up and down from the third floor. Overall, I give this place 100/10.
