“ARQ Paleis Hotel is super”

Both the receptionist and the owner were exceptionally hospitable and helpful. For cyclists like us, it was very convenient that ARQ Paleis Hotel had its own locked bike parking area (and just adjacent to the side entrance to the royal palace).

“Fantastic stay in Den Haag”

Fantastic stay at the Paleis, from the moment we arrived until we left. Provided with secure bike storage across the road from the hotel. Free tea/coffee together with snacks and sweets available in the dining area. Excellent continental breakfast in the morning with fruit juice, granola with fruit and yoghurt, eggs, bread and croissants. Hotel is very well situated to explore the wonderful city of Den Haag.

I have never seen hotel rooms without wardrobe, or at least hangers for clothes... meaning you can't hang your clothes so they're ready for tomorrow. On the second floor in room 205 you can take an iron. But it is very inconvenient. So for a one night stay it is a great hotel with a great location, true. But since I came to a conference for 4 days and had to constantly take care of my clothes, it is not suitable

Very well located and all staff were very nice. Check in was smooth despite an issue with the key and room was very clean.

10/10 Location, help yourself snacks in the afternoon, honesty bar system, a help yourself ‘housekeeping’ amenities room. 2 separate nicely appointed comfortable guest lounge rooms…. And all staff/employees, friendly, helpful and happy

Breakfast was light continental, informal self service. Coffee was excellent and available throughout the day.

Nice location and well decorated

Location is amazing right in the heart of the old town with lots of bars and restaurants close by.. .and within walking distance of everything. Hotel is recently refurbished, very comfortable beds, and I loved the idea of the honesty bar in the lounge if you fancied a drink or snack at the end of the night.

The location was very suiting and not far from the train. We liked the friendly atmosphere at breakfast. Beds were super comfortable! We will definitely come back!
