When I woke up after my first night, I noticed a huge patch of mold under the cabinet in my room. When I asked to switch rooms they instead told me they will clean it. It did smell like detergent for a while and wasn't completely gone later. No upgrade or refund or at least an apology from the personell. They just treated me like I was being annoying, which felt very unprofessional. This is not the quality I expect for that pricing. I ended up switching hotels.

The rooms in this hotel are really very bad at muffling sounds. I could hear my neighbor chewing his gum! the room was in basement, without ventilation and windows. the absence of minimum conditions for normal staying.
