Location was great, near to Rijksmuseum and city center. We're cosy neighbourhood with good cafe and restaurants. Clean and spacious facilities.

The hotel was large and had an expansive lobby with games, lots of seating areas and large windows out on to the street, lovely to just spend a bit of time. The room was large and easily accommodated the three of us.

Breakfast lovely and fresh. Hotel interiors really nice and welcoming. Staff friendly and helpful. Room large and beautiful view (perhaps could do with a bit more storage). Location excellent. Think it would help to advertise how close you are to the De Pijp metro as this was a big plus for us.

We had a very enjoyable stay. It was convenient for the areas we wished to visit. The view we lovely and it was by the canal. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. A wide range of toiletries where made available. Tea and coffee were provided in the room and a small fridge. Although we did not have breakfast, a range of food and drink items were available to buy near reception. Also comfortable seating was provided there. We walked easily to most places and there were buses and trains within easy walking distance. The room we chose was quite expensive but it was in a very central place and the accommodation was a of a good standard.

Rude attitude of the staff. Wrong information about a nearby public parking lot that could be used. It turned out that the information was not up to date, which confused our work schedule and created inconvenience. The reservation was for a large double bed, but we were accommodated in a room with single beds pushed together.

Everything perfect And the sympathy and attention of the cleaning lady at our floor! She was super considering our late hours leaving the room.

Lovely reception staff. Really great location, convenient for popping back between sightseeing activities. Nice fresh decor in public areas and bedrooms. Self service pantry idea is great and really convenient. Despite the comments below I was pleased with our choice and would recommend it.

Room with big windows on 7th floor was very relaxing. Breakfast was incredible. Friendly helpful staff. Good restaurants in the area but do make reservations unless you want to eat around 9 pm.
