“Excellent location!”
Great choice of breads/cereals/eggs/juices etc for breakfast in a lovely spacious breakfast room. Location was brilliant! Especially for attending a concert in Tivoli! So close to the train station and all the sights! Beds were very comfortable.

Good location for city centre. Breakfast was very nice. Having only passed through Utrecht by train I was unaware how wonderful the centre along the canal was.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early which was a life saviour on that particular day. The location is super central and easy to reach.

“Would stay again”
Great location, loved the balcony. The little treats at reception each day were a nice touch as well as the sweets on departure. Breakfast was good.

I was really disappointed, bad smell in the room, so cold at night, too much noise, I was trying to replace the room, but the receptionist did not accept because it was full. I have spent the worst stay ever, thanks god it was just for one night.

The location is amazing, the staff were lovely and very attentive. Wi-Fi was good, they have a lounge area if you want to chill out and free treats like, cake, sweets and water
