Leonardo Hotel IJmuiden Seaport Beach is located 150 metres from the beach and surrounded by the Kennemermeer and the yachting harbour. A sauna and Turkish steambath are featured. “A Lovely Surprise”
We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel. We were travelling for my partner's birthday and staying in Ijmuiden as going to a concert there that evening. I requested a room with a balcony and and we were given a lovely room with balcony and outdoor sofa right in the middle of the marina with great views. As I had mentionec it was my partners birthday trip, a particularly lovely touch was they had left him a birthday card, cake, chocolates and put up some decorations. The hotel is excceptionally well run, with staff who care about hospitality and ensuring their guests have the best experience possible. Everyone we dealt with was kind, friendly and helpful. We also ate dinner there, and the food was very good and also had drinks in the bar. We were lucky in March to have sunny weather and strolled to the nearby expansive sandy beach, which must be a great spot to visit in summer. We felt so relaxed and happy at this hotel, and really on holiday.

I arrived late at night when the restaurant had shut. But they very kindly made me a meal. Id be travelling all day and this was extremely kind if them. Rooms were fab with balcony overlooking the marina. I also had a small dog with me and they was a pet bed, toy & bowl in the room. Great stay.

“Very enjoyable”
Stayed one night while transporting my dog from turkey, then on to the ferry to Newcastle. They upgraded my room to a suite and I couldn’t fault it, dog bed, bowl and ball for my dog. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful. Definitely recommend

“Great Location as out of season”
Very friendly staff, quite informal and relaxed. Limited choice of food for evening meals but the quality and quantity was good and you can see its prepared fresh
