well managed family owned hotel, spacious rooms, new and clean, cosy lounge, good start for bicycle tours. the food - breakfast and dinner - is outstanding and the staff excellent, we enjoyed every minute.

Loved the breakfast location in the garden by the water. Breakfast itself was also great, wide variety of options. Location close to de Koog is just great. Room and hotel in general was clean and in a quiet area.

“Excellent retreat”
Set on the border of the Koog village, the hotel is an excellent retreat. There is free private parking. The breakfast is superb and served in a beautiful eating room with a view

It's a very nice and cozy place, especially for nature photographers - you can shoot the birds even from your bed! :) Nice bar with local beers, and friendly and polite staff. A lot of parking space and 2-socket charger for EVs.

“You won’t regret booking this place!”
The location was perfect, very center but yet it was the calm and peaceful place we needed for this occasion. We were extremely pleased with the half board options, we were looking forward every evening for the 3 course meal prepared with love. Finally we would like to acknowledge the staff members who were making our experience enjoyable.
