Great, peaceful place to stay ​Had a really good three night stay here. The hotel is nice and calm. The best part was definitely the staff. the guys at reception were so kind and gave us a very warm welcome. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location everything in walking distance, train station is a 25min walk or tram get a 4 or 14 takes u right outside. Beds very comfy The bushdoctor coffee shop is a 10 min walk and the best we found great value for money and nice staff.

Friendly staff, nice hotel in good location

The hotel was clean and in a very central location. It is situated in a convenient area, within walking distance of the main attractions (approximately 20–30 minutes on foot). There are many restaurants and cafés nearby, making it easy to find places to eat without having to travel far. Overall, a practical and well-located option for visiting Amsterdam.

“Good and fair value for money”

I extended my stay in Amsterdam, I left a 4* hotel and went to this one. I checked in at "ITC Hotel" location and had to walk to "Townhouse Hotel" which I stayed in (room 1). I wasn't told beforehand but it was 2 streets away. It was good value for money, considering this was on Kings day itself. The room seemed clean. The walls are very thin but the other guests weren't too loud or anything. Lots of plug sockets. Small sink in room with hand cleaner and tissues. Small and big towel. TV + Remote. Heater (staff controlled). Staff seemed to regularly come through the communal areas and clean. My room got cleaned and towels swapped even though I did not put the thing on my door. The shared toilet had plenty of paper, a bin, spray, and seat cleaner. The shared shower was nice and big, good shower pressure and very hot water. On the corner of Prinsengracht is a nice cafe/bar. Up the main road, you are 5-10mins away from Rembrandt Square.

Great location, great value for money, lots of nice shops, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding areas.

I did not expect it to be in the basement, and the room was dirty with lot of dust on the floor, some random items under the bed from other guest, and few spider webs.

The hotel is very well located in the city center with easy access to main attractions. There are commerces arouns but on the 3rd floor the noise was not an issue to sleep at night. The room was big enough for 2 adults and two kids.

“Surprisingly good :)”

The location was great, you can walk everywhere but you also have tram if you don’t like to walk. The room was super clean. Fresh towels everyday. Its a good value for the money considering the accomodation in Amsterdam is so expensive. This one is fair! The sheets were very clean and water pressure and temperature was perfect.
