Great location. Close to train and walking distance to all sightseeing. Lots of options for food and drinks nearby. Staff were friendly and hotel room clean.

“Great hotel in great location”
Our group of eight stayed in four x twin rooms and had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and ideal for our group. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel’s central Amsterdam location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay again.

“Never again will we stay at Ibis .”
The man at the reception when we arrived was quite gruff and rude. It is really overpriced to think that we stayed at the Ibis styles in Arnhem as well the breakfast there was such bad value for money we did t waste our money in Ibis styles Amsterdam. We also stayed at the Golden Tulip in S’hertogenbosch it was a higher star rating half the price and far superior room, cleanliness staff and breakfast to both Ibis Styles in Arnhem and Amsterdam we will not be staying there again . We travel often to the Netherlands but very disappointed with Ibis this time.

“Perfect location for Amsterdam short stay”
Location right opposite the train station. No outside noise at all through the night. Bed was comfortable, we slept well. Clean, next to cafes/bars. Staff were all great, room cleaned every day. Elevator. Plenty tea and coffee free of charge

I had to produce I'd when trying to book at the hotel in person early in the day for that night. I could book and pay and bring the ID when I actually wanted come into the hotel. It was ID first. It was a ridiculous tick box exercise.

“after a cancelled train back home this was a last minute booking and ticked all the boxes needed”
despite being small the room had everything you could need for a one night stay. hotel is very convenient for the central station and loads of cafes bars restaurants at your feet. staff were very friendly
