Overview
Hotel Lunia offers colourful rooms in a peaceful location in the charming village of Oldeberkoop. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The Drents-Friese Wold is a 15-minute drive away. Guests are invited to enjoy the à la carte cuisine at the hotel’s restaurant. The large terrace provides a relaxing place to enjoy a drink outside on a warm day. Meeting and banqueting facilities are available at Hotel Restaurant Lunia. Guests can also rent bikes and explore the many local bike paths. The hotel has a sauna in the garden. Heerenveen, the Abe Lenstra Stadium, Thialf Event Hall are all 20 minutes' drive away. Leeuwarden is under 40 minutes' drive by car and Groningen is a 50-minute car journey from the hotel.

“Excellent half-board but also room for improvement”
Nice room, good location with dogs (nice walkpath starting from the firestation just opposite the road). Half board has very good quality/price ratio (however, it would be nice to know the menu at the beginning of the meal to e.g. be able to decide the drinks). Also drinks package to go with it is reasonably priced.

“A very nice hotel which we are keen to revisit.”
We first stayed her two years ago, and the return was very enjoyable. We stayed for two nights and on the free day travelled around the area which had lovely countryside. The meals were plentiful and the menus had lots of choice. We can certainly recommend this hotel.

“Perfect place for a short stay to enjoy and have a great dinner”
Location, room restaurant was perfect. Big room very nice view and we know for sure this would be a perfect place for a summer visit.

“A lovely place to relax and enjoy good food.”
The staff in the hotel were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was well positioned in a reasonably quiet area overlooking fields. There were plenty of walks in the area. Our dog was allowed in the restaurant which was nice, We went for a relaxing time and we certainly had that. We enjoyed the restaurant on both evenings we stayed at the hotel.
