Hotel Pagi is situated opposite the Spui Tram Stop in the centre of Amsterdam only a 5-minute walk from Dam Square and 15 minutes to the Central Station. It features a 24-hour reception. All of the rooms at Hotel Pagi are renovated in October 2018 and feature bright décor, flat-screen TV and private bathroom facilities. Some of the rooms overlook the canal. Hotel Pagi is 130 metres from the shopping area around the Kalverstraat. The Anne Frank House is less than a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The Amsterdam Hermitage is a 10-minute walk away. The closest airport, Schiphol Airport is 25 minutes away by car.

A special mention should be given to the young lady at reception who assisted me during checkout. Rather than simply processing my departure, she took the time to personally show me three alternative rooms in an effort to find a solution. Her willingness to help, combined with her professional and courteous approach, demonstrated genuine customer care and reflected very well on the hotel.
