Hotel de Westertoren is located only steps away from Dam Square and a 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. Each room has coffee and tea facilities and free Wi-Fi. “Just right for a short stay.”
The room was cozy, shower was hot, very quiet as I was at the back of the property. Toilet was separate for my room choice, no issues accessing/using it. Staff were very friendly and helpful, I was allowed a slightly early check in. Breakfast was basic but adequate served in your room, it contained 2 slices of bread, greek yoghurt, jam, boiled egg and cheese. Price point was perfect for my 2 night stay. Location was good, about 17 to 20 minutes walk from the Central Station. Plenty of eateries in the vicinity of the place. Internet was a very good speed.There was also a fridge.

The staff was friendly. They tried to accommodate our request. They agreed to keep our bags on the check in and check out days. They gave early breakfast for us as we were leaving for our day trips early.

The hotel was very centrally located, in a convenient area that made it easy to get around. The service was good, and having breakfast served in the room was a nice touch. The room was cleaned daily, which we appreciated.

“Good for the price”
Very good location, walking distance from the central station and to all tourist spots in the city. Breakfast was fine, it was bread, crossiants, greek yoghurt, sweetened juice and jam, butter and cheese in small packages. The beds were very comfortable!

“Worst and dirty”
No elevator and longest stairs very bad for baby, staller, bags and even for human. Beds were too small. Booked a room for 4 but it was very small beds, bathroom was leaking shower with very dirty
