Good cycle storage facility, swimming pool, food and service. Nicely decorated. Comfortable double bed which wasn’t 2 singles pushed together. Ideal location to visit Kinderdijk.

“We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!”
We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Our triple room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had been recently renovated with taste. The hotel also provides a very convenient and comfortable parking area. Breakfast was excellent, offering a rich selection of foods. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Although the service was a little slow, the food was nice. The staff (both hotel and restaurant) was very kind and welcoming.

Shall give instruction for check-in and out in booking. Com is better. Woman in call machine at site said that we could just leave the room for chect-out and do not remind us to check email for check - out

“Outdated stuffy rooms with no aircon. Avoid rooms starting with A10 as to hot.”
Evening food in the onsite restaurant was lovely. Comfy beds.

“Very good hotel”
Everything was very nice. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The location is 25 minutes from Rotterdam city centre.

We needed to change the room because the cleaners had used detergent waaayy too much and it was difficult to breathe. Second room was a lot better, but unfortunately a very noicy hallway door, right next to our room, kept us wake from 6am until checkout.

“Excellent Choice for Nature Lovers”
Even though located outside the city, I find it to be a good place for nature lovers. The village is small, beautiful and very quiet, and this is what we're looking for. The room was spacious and clean. Other than that I didn't find the hotel to be far away from the city center of Rotterdam, so this was a great thing.

During check in the stuff wants many things but the stuff did not do anything- until now no invoice we are not surprise fletcher hotel stuff wants to be pleased by customer but did not give service to the customer at all

My kids enjoyed playing table tennis indoor while we couldn't go out due to rain. The staff was friendly. Also helped heat the food.

Everything actually, the only reason I didn't rate the location is because it depends entirely on what you're doing, we ate out in a neighbourhing village that was simply delightful. It's approx 20/30mins very easy drive from rotterdam. The bed was Unbelievably comphy too

“We have stayed in thirty Hotels on this trip, and Fletcher was the worst.”
Room very small, breakfast terrible as the staff were not keeping the containers full with breakfast items. Bathroom very small but shower OK
