Overview
Situated in the heart of the city centre, Eden Hotel Amsterdam offers warm-coloured rooms and free WiFi. The famous Rembrandt Square is right around the corner. The central station is 10 minutes away by tram. Starting from 1977, the hotel has been expanding its buildings one at a time and connecting them together, hence the maze of corridors to each room and not one room being the same as the other. Some rooms overlook the characteristic canals, lift-up bridges and passing boats. The private bathrooms come with complimentary toiletries. A flat-screen TV is available. City exploration starts right on the hotel’s doorstep, since a ticket service is offered. Within 20 minutes walking distance, one will reach the famous Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum. The Jewish Historical Museum is 400 metres away. A concierge will give guests a warm welcome. The concierge will be glad to help you with rental bikes and find your way around the city. Schiphol Airport is 22 km away.

locking the room b4 12 check out meaning out card stoped working at 11.30 and it was a nightmare to get it working again downstairs so we could get are bags back

“Fabulous stay, everything about the hotel and location was perfect”
Great location. Amazing staff, very friendly and so helpful. Special mentions to Irena and Gee. Decor was great in bedrooms and public spaces. Our granddaughters loved the photo booth in the reception area. Couldn’t fault it at all. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends

“Good location. Mediocre facilities. Poor customer service.”
Location is good. Tram stop is in front of the hotel. Restaurants, pubs around. 15 minutes' walk to Dam Square. Breakfast was very good. Freshly squeezed orange juice, variety of cheeses, eggs and pastry. Room was quiet, looking at the back side. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff at the bar / breakfast area were all very nice, very polite, attentive. Thanks to all of them.

“NYX Hotel Amsterdam, a grown-up hotel for your inner child!”
The hotel felt "grown-up" yet also very fun and playful. We particularly loved the photo machine and popcorn in the lobby! The new decor was superb throughout, giving a classy but relaxed feel. The burlesque theme worked really well. We liked the option to select soft pillows when booking the room. The staff went over and above to make our stay enjoyable, with nothing being too much trouble. A huge thank you to Bushra, Jessica, Laura, and Kerri in the bar / restaurant. Thanks to Chef for the amazing breakfast selection and restaurant food. And a "super cool" thanks to Dennis at breakfast, who kept my wife supplied with strong English tea!

Good access to Rembrandtplein and the restaurants there. Close to tram connections as well. Rooms and public areas decorated in a very modern style.
