“Gem in the middle of Rotterdam”
Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were good and plentiful. The bed was really comfortable and the room very clean. Nice bathroom.

The hotel was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was honestly excellent. Everything felt well organized and relaxing during our stay.

“Discriminatory treatment”
We are very dissatisfied with the treatment we received; it felt extremely discriminatory. We arrived at the hotel, paid for the parking, and thought that our parking spot was secured. Later, we drove to another city, and when we returned in the evening, we could not find a parking space, even though we had reserved one. We were told to park at the back, but in order to get there, we had to enter through the main gate, which was full. We had to go three times to call the person there to open the barrier for us. Twice, he kept sending us around while “looking” for the parking space, and the third time he told us there was no parking available at all. As a result, we ended up driving around Rotterdam looking for parking for our car, which obviously ruined the peace and relaxation of our day. We are very upset with this careless and dismissive behavior, especially since we were just like every other guest — no more and no less. This left us with a very bad impression and ruined our vacation experience. We are extremely dissatisfied, and if we ever visit again, we would never stay at this hotel.

“Excellent experience all round”
Great stay - the breakfast was lovely, the location was great, and the staff were helpful. My room was also upgraded, which was a nice surprise.
