Every things ok .I think if the hotel management fix a holding bar in the walking shower it is always better and safe.

Staff were very personable and helpful. The location was excellent for catching trains to all the tourist spots in the area.

visited for an event - seconds away from the station and easy to locate. very big hotel but easy to get around, breakfast selection was great. room size was perfect for short stay and very clean, with a comfortable bed.

“Hotel Staff and Service needs lots of improvement”

(1) The flush in the Toilet was not working in our Room for two days and nobody would listen to our requests so we had to cancel our further 5days booking and change our hotel at a very short notice. (2) When we approached a Lady cleaning staff for some work the she refused to assist for help and She very Rudely & Arrogantly said “I do not speak English, I only speak Spanish”. This kind of behaviour from cleaning staff is definitely unacceptable in any international four star hotel. (3) The Free Wifi was not working, stopped intermittently and we had to use our mobile personal hotspot to do work on computers (4) There is no landline telephone (intercom) in the Room. Reception is another Building, far away from Second Tower of the Hotel. Guests have to come down to first floor, walk over to the next building and then go down to the Reception. So contacting the Reception is very difficult. (5) When we asked for soap, shampoo, etc. for two persons staying in the room, the Lady at the Reception was extremely rude and even refused to talk. (6) Lots foreigner families seemed to be staying in this hotel on a long term basis, lots of teenagers were loitering around in the hotel reception area, going to/coming back from schools, which makes the environment of the hotel more like a Hostel. (7) Reception Area has a very depressing look. It is not bright and welcoming as it is in most of the hotels. I think lots of improvements are needed to be done regarding the Hotel Staff and Service that it is provided in the International Four Star Hotel Plaza Premium Grand Winston. At least install the intercom (landline telephone) so that guests in the room can contact the reception without physically coming to the reception which is faraway.
