Room was very spacious and clean, there is enough storage space for everything, and bathroom is also big. AC was working good. Bed was very big and comfortable. Couldn’t hear any noises from outside or hallway and other rooms.

“Worst quality-price ratio in a while”

As a Booking.com "Genius Level 3" customer who travels frequently and has been to Germany and the Netherlands before, I can confidently say that this hotel offers an appallingly poor value for money. At 8:00 PM on the day of my arrival, I was contacted by a rude and anxious staff member demanding I hurry up and pay, threatening to cancel my reservation. I had never received any prior communication about a check-in time limit, and since my credit card was already registered on Booking as usual, this aggressive behavior was completely unacceptable. When I arrived, the exact same person deliberately avoided eye contact, ignored my greeting, and left me waiting at reception for 10 minutes while they spoke on the phone and then served another customer. The room was another major disappointment. I had to kill two bugs myself upon entering. The "king-size bed" came with two tiny, sofa-sized cushions instead of proper pillows (picture attached). Furthermore, while there were two basic towels per person, there was no bath mat for the floor, something standard in every country. To top it off, daily room cleaning is skipped for "environmental protection." While saving the planet is understandable, here it just feels like yet another excuse to cut back on basic service. While the room was otherwise clean, cleanliness alone does not justify this price tag or the abysmal service. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

The woman at breakfast (sorry I don't remember her name, but she has blonde short hair) is extremely nice and smiley! She made my morning every morning. However, the staff at the bar in the afternoon/evening could be better in terms of friendliness and work. We all had the impression they didn't like their job and that when we ordered we were bothering them. Not so nice.

What we liked: free parking, a spacious room and bathroom, and a functioning air conditioner. The hotel is located in a quiet (even though located besides the highway), green neighborhood.

The room was spacious and initially clean. The hotel wasn't too crowded, and the staff were very friendly. It's not in the city center, but it's perfectly acceptable if you can walk 15 minutes.

Clean room, great location. My only complaint was that the door from the elevator to the hall slams shut with quite a noise. It woke us up early in the morning.

The hotel room was large and very comfortable, large bathroom and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and room well appointed. A nice bar area downstairs, I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on the food.

Staff were friendly and cooperative.
