The receptionists are super friendly and always ready to help. The location is close to transport, but you'll need to walk a bit, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet.

Check-in and check-out were both super fast. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, close to the tram lines, although access to the hotel itself was not very easy.

Good location, staff friendly, bed itself was very comfortable and the big TV was great as it had netflix.

Was given 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 coffee pods for 4 nights. Went to the bathroom and ran out of toilet paper, Room phone says to call reception/housekeeping and I get told to come down and collect the toilet paper. As you can imagine, I was not thrilled with this and had to send my partner to collect. We were then told by reception oh would you like more coffee pods we only gave you 2. As we spent over $1000 Australian dollars, I was disappointed with this outcome. Everything else was great but to not have something so simple delivered when I was on the toilet and in need of it is poor.

Room was small but had everything we needed. Great location and walking distance to public transport. Bed was super comfortable and breakfast was delicious!! Staff also very friendly, and accomodation was baby friendly.
