Good value for money. Quiet location. Had basic amenities

Old facilities, smelly toilet, no room service to clean room, some of the staff were rude, no facilities to watch World Cup, bar closed at kick off of game, had broken fridge in room. Not pleasant at all.

“Very expensive disappointment”

The mattress was too soft! The water in the shower didn’t drain away quickly, leaving the very small bathroom slightly flooded. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. We were there at 7:30 and everything that should be fresh like cheese, cucumber, tomatoes etc. wasn’t- it looked like it had been standing there all night and was inedible. To top it all, our bikes were stolen from the hotel garage. While the hotel is not liable, some empathy and support in solving the matter would have been appropriate, especially as we are not Dutch, but unfortunately that too, was a disappointment.

it was a terrible experience. once i ask to clear the room, i saw that even they did not change the sheet and i paid over 660 euro for 3 night first they send me in a room even it was not clean , i asked to change the room , honestly i like to complain . also for the first time for 40 years of travel i got also skin issue which both of us in room we are scratching our skin do to inching the skin , i want to contact with Hotel association and pass all of our complain and highlight your service in media

“Very dusty rooms”

When we came into the room the bathroom smells bad, seems like it hasn’t been clean for a very long time. Also theres very like very dusty on the lights. And the cleaning staff has written that the room is cleaned but we still find trash under the bed.

Good hospitality by reception staff. Provided 1 hour early check in. Comfortable stay. Only cons : no nearby supermarket/restaurants. But nearby to 2 train stations

We were able to check in even before our scheduled time, the staff at the counter were really polite. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes form metro station and around 20 minutes form the big supermarket.
