Loved the location, the staff were friendly and helpful with our request to use the fridge as the one in the room didn't work. Loved the easy walk to the train and bus.

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. The decor throughout is very tasteful. The comfort rooms our family booked were of good quality. Comfortable beds. It’s right in the heart of Haarlem.
