“Definitely a good place to be”

I am very happy with my stay here. First of all, the staff are nice people. They are nice and do what they can to make you feel comfortable. My room was clean, had a fridge, a desk (which is important to me) and comfortable beds. Otherwise, the place is cozy with rugs, an aquarium, nice pictures on the walls and good food for breakfast. They also have a good restaurant here if you re hungry. I Can definitely be recommended.

Place was neat and clean. Free transfers to bus stations was impressive. Abdosh, Salawatdin and others working in different timings were very helpful for laundry, transfers etc.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The receptionist Sevinch was very kind and helped me with all the information I needed. They also offer free transfers.

Everything was really great. The staff spoke good English, the breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were clean. The location is a bit far from the center, but they take you anywhere you want with their shuttle service. It's amazing! Sevinch and Abdosh at reception were always kind and helpful. And thanks to Batya and Eraa, I managed to book the bus perfectly, even though it was difficult! Thank you to everyone :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel and would highly recommend it! The hostel is very clean, and the bed linens felt fresh and spotless. The room had air conditioning, which made my stay very comfortable. A special thanks to the staff for helping me organize a round trip to Muynak and back to Khiva. I really appreciated their support and assistance. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and spoke good English, which made everything much easier. There is also a café in the building where you can enjoy delicious local food at reasonable prices. The breakfast was very tasty, generous, and filling.

I enjoyed everything. Staff members Ahmed and Asko were very helpful and Ahmed even showed me around town and helped me print my train tickets. The hostel was very clean and well organised. The food next was also delicious. I definitely recommend this hostel.

The staffs are very nice and helpful, help us to book a car from Shavat to hotel quickly. The room is clean and comfortable.

“Highly recommended, excellent value”

Big room, good facilities, great staff who couldn't be more helpful and an excellent restaurant attached. A street with shops and cafes is a 5 minute walk. Free transfers into town and the station were really appreciated.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Thanks to Asko, Abdosh and Abdullah, they figured out for us a problem of registration in our previous hotels, and helped to solve it. In addition, the rooms are clean and confortable. The restaurant of the hotel is good and affordable (even is there was some misunderstanding when ordering) and the breakfast is diverse and generous. The free transfer to bus/train station is appreciated.

The room was clean and the food is good. The team was so nice and helpful. They do everything to help you, provide free transfer to the airport, make sure you are comfortable and your stay is good. Thank you Abdosh and Asko! We also did the tour to the Aral Sea that the hostel organised. It was really nice, and our guide Stella was amazing! Overall our stay was really nice and we met lovely people.

“Excellent staff and service at a very good, reasonably priced hostel”

The staff at this Hostel were wonderful. Abdosh arranged our stay and could not have been more helpful, we were even given breakfast when we arrived in the early morning off the overnight train. Axmed was the guide on our 2 day tour to the Aral Sea and was knowledgeable, flexible and great company.

We had a lovely trip to the ara sea and a fine stay at the hostel. However everybody working the all but bagged mr to leave a good review, you are doing fine please let your guest end there experience in rest and stop worrying about what rating you receive

We were very pleased that Abdosh - one of the hotel's employees - contacted several days prior to arrival and organized the trip to the Aral sea for us. Even though we had some complications he was very accomodating. Rooms are nice and breakfast was also very good. The Aral sea tour is organized and executed by hotel's staff. We took the trip with our young guide Asko and we had a good time.

I enjoyed my stay and found the beds very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially Sevinch and Abodosh for the check in/check out and Asilbek for organising a tour to Chilpiq Qala
