“Nina was outstanding - the house was NOT!”

Nina, the caretaker, was the only positive aspect of our stay. She went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible and genuinely tried to help in every way she could. Unfortunately, aside from her efforts, there was nothing else about the property worth noting positively. Her service was exceptional, but the property itself did not meet expectations.

We were generously upgraded to the Langakali house from the Heilala initially booked at no extra charge. This worked out perfect having the extra bathroom. The house was easily accessible on our arrival with overall good communication from the renters. Nina was beautiful and did countless loads of washing for us with no hesitation included in the accomodation price. Green Lodge is close proximity to town and our families village so was a prime location for us. Screens on doors and windows were a plus, coils and basic toiletries and essentials were provided and ample storage throughout. A quiet area that felt very safe. Style of the house is older, but comfortable enough, we felt at home being here.

Great safe secure holiday home had everything! Nina and Solomone were very accommodating and exceptional.

4 day trip to Tonga & I could’ve stayed in this lodge and not come out😅Loved everything about it. All the essentials in 1 flat, so grateful for this find.

Solomone was a great host. The house was well set up for the 4 of us staying, with many things in the kitchen to cook a meal since we stayed over a weekend (everywhere is shut Sundays). We rented a car from the host as well at a good price.

Property accepted the booking and three days later told me the booking could not be honoured. They were rude and dismissive and refused to honour a booking they had already confirmed.

“Entire House accomodation”

Good accomodation for a travelling family, plenty of space for everyone not to be in each other's hair. Loved that it was fully fenced so my children could play outside and also to keep the neighbourhood dogs out. Well lit outside area with large sensor lights for security.

Lovely house with spacious rooms, and a super friendly host who helped us out last minute.

The owner is a lovely kind man. Nui and her mom are amazing. Nui drove us everywhere. Communication is excellent. Property is spacious. It’s gives you a taste of rural island life.

Host was very accommodating and friendly. Good location. Fantastic covered deck which was a great place to relax and be cool. Mesh on all windows which meant hardly any mosquitos in sight. Nice rental vehicle available which was extremely useful for us.
