“Very Nice Condo - Super host”
Ana is a super host, she was there for me with any information I needed. The condo is pretty close to the beach , a few blocks up the street make a left and you are there. Be aware, the restaurants are not super close they are 20 min walks minimum or further. One day I walked 5km , its ok I am active. The area is not what I would call cheap, if you think you can come to this part of Mexico and save alot of money eating out etc, forget it. Again as attention to detail Ana and Ronnie have it down, brochures- PDF she can send you , where to go etc.. A little confusing in finding the place but not a huge deal. Laundry facilities, even beach chairs, plenty of towels, you can drink the tap water. Compared with a condo I am staying in PV, the owners of this condo do not have it down Ana could teach them alot and a subsequent review will evaluate another stay in PV. Thanks Ana (never talked with Ronnie) , super job and I did like Nuevo , just not sure its affordable for me in the future- its big money folks. Avg condos are $400,000 up to the millions. Its peaceful, quiet , low traffic - not like Puerto Vallarta.
