Beach location is excellent!

Staff extremely kind. Amazing beach

Good hotel for this price. Close to the ocean. We were there with 1 yead 1-year-old daughter, the hotel had all the required accommodations for us.

I loved the big double windows that opened with the ledge in front, with stools to watch the ocean and view. liked being able to get a new beach towel each day. liked all the pools, and bars. loved having a bathtub, and also loved that the sliding door to the bathroom had a full length mirror on both sides. I also liked having a coffee maker in the room, however, I only had the maid come in on one day in my 5 day stay to change towels, but they never left another new coffee package. I liked that they had a safe in the room.

The suite was very roomy.

The room was dirty, I had to put towels down on the floor just to walk around the room with no shoes on. the shower was disgusting - the shower curtain had horrible dark stains on them which could have been mold. The sound carries to badly through the corridors that I couldnt sleep. No one spoke English at all - very difficult for tourists who know minimal English. Really disappointing

The location was spectacular! We watched the amazing sunset from our balcony, as well as the hustle and bustle on & around the pier. We left the patio door wide open and fell asleep to the sounds of the waves, so relaxing just in itself. The room was equipped with a fridge and an outdoor stove & coffee pot, but nothing else, not even coffee.

The locations was ideal. The room was large, airy and clean, a BIG bonus was the bath tub. The staff, especially the porter were very friendly and helpful.

The whole experience was a disaster . Filth everywhere. Noisy. Food horrible and the same menu for every breakfast. THERE NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT IT.

The hotel is located on one of the nicest beaches in the world. It consisted of four towers. Only three of which are on the beach. Our package consisted of a mexican breakfast buffet which was good value and good food.

The breakfasts were incredible and met all our expectations. I could not eat the white bread though, went out and bought our own whole grain bread to be toasted. The staff were the best, from the front desk, especially Jimmy , the servers at the meals . The cooks were outstanding with all the dishes on the buffet , lots of veggies, and fruit
