Overview
This charming guest house is located in the village of Nuevalos, 2 km from the Monasterio de Piedra Nature Reserve. Set next to the Tranquera Reservoir, it offers a terrace, garden and scenic views. Bright rooms at Hostal Las Rumbas feature traditional, rustic décor and a terrace. Some rooms have views of the Tranquera Reservoir. All include free Wi-Fi, a plasma TV, central heating and a private bathroom. A buffet breakfast is served daily and the Las Rumbas restaurant offers traditional Aragonese dishes and set menus. You can also enjoy a drink from the bar on the pretty terrace. The surrounding La Tranquera Region is ideal for fishing and hiking. Las Rumbas offers free parking and is 25 minutes’ drive from Calatayud and 80 minutes’ drive from Zaragoza.

The Hostal is in a quiet village, it offers good value for money, the restaurant food is excellent and even better value for money. Lakeside rooms offer spectacular views. There is an open garage that feels safe for motorbike storage.

“A good stop to visit the monastery.”
Lovely view over the reservoir. Very quiet and rooms comfortable. Breakfast is good value. There’s also a restaurant serving traditional, local food. It’s a ten minute drive to the monastery which you should visit.

“A remote location, perfect for short stay”
View from the balcony overlooking the reservoir made this room, food was excellent, very large portions. Garage available for motorbike, although car park and area is fine to use

We had a nice stay at this accommodation. It has a good quality-price ratio. Our room was simple in a classic style. It featured a balcony with a nice view of La Tranquera reservoir. It was quiet at night. There is a parking next to the hotel.
