Overview
Situated 200 metres from Shin-Yu Hot Spring, Nozawa Grand Hotel has Japanese and Western rooms with an LCD TV and nature views. Open-air hot-spring baths with beautiful views are featured. You can choose a Western-style room with a luxurious private bath or a Japanese room with a tatami (woven-straw) floor and traditional futon bedding. All rooms are air-conditioned, with a fridge and an electric kettle. Kenmei-ji Temple is 500 metres away, and JR Togari Nozawa-Onsen Train Station is a 20-minute drive. The hotel is 80 minutes from JR Nagano Train Station via public bus. On-site parking is free. A hot-spring bath can be reserved for private use, for a fee. The lobby has a free internet station, and massage services are available.

“Great room which were spacious and nicely furnished”
Staff, especially Lucille, were excellent. It was not hard to walk into the village' The indoor Onsen was too hot for me but the outdoor rotemburo was a very good temperature

“Beautiful hotel great staff”

Nice hotel with a cool 80s vibe. Rooms were spacious. Good buffet breakfast. Outdoor Onsen in the snow was a great experience. Not too far from Yu Road and Hikage ski area.

“Great accommodation with Onsen. Slightly inconvenient for skiing”
Good indoor and outdoor public bath. The room was clean and traditional, with nice view of the slopes. The futon were also comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff, although English can be limited at times. Note the private outdoor onsen is only available in summer.

Great location, easy walk to Hikage gondola & into main part of town but far enough away to be quiet. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. View was amazing.

“Beautiful room and onsen experience!”
Onsen was great, added bonus outdoor onsen was very nice too! Our room had a wonderful view of the slopes and town. Huge room, plenty of space to spread out. Solid breakfast buffet. The public bus No. 9 terminal is right at this hotel.
