Was close enough to the main shops & the main gondola. Everything was clean/tidy & had a nice homey feel. The communal area was great for chatting with people & having hot cocoa. Even though the toilets & showers were shared facilities it was always maintained. The buffet breakfast was the best!! For the amount of people that the place can fit & price you pay, there was always a good selection to chose from.

“Fantastic staff!”
Firstly I would like to commend the staff at this establishment. They were so accommodating and friendly. On the first day, I busted my knee and broke my leg on the ski field and they went above and beyond to drive me to appointments, book taxis, allow my family to bring me breakfast in bed, help me up and down the stairs and be fine with me taking over the lounge area when I could finally get down stairs. The accommodation itself was clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was different every day and catered to western and Japanese palettes. The location was handy too. Turns out I actually completely busted 2 main ligaments in my knee and required surgery when I got home and I will never forget their kindness. Highly recommend!
