Absolutely loved our stay here. The most comfortable bed and pillows we found in all of travels in Japan!! The people were all so kind and the food downstairs was amazing. We will definitely be back!

The bakery is very nice and offers a variety of high quality pastries and warm drinks. The location is good not too far away from the ski resort. The onsen is just 2 mins walk from the studio.

Great space and wooden decor. Near big onsen. Nothing is too far to walk. Comfortable for a family of 5 with plenty of space. Beautiful views of mountains.Very serene place to stay we loved it! Kids loved the stamp rub stamp book bought at tourist information Centre - provided a great walking tour of town.

Excellent pastries, excellent coffee. The couple owning the Swiss Bakery is really nice and helpful. Our room was perfect, well heated and the bathroom small but very nice. The owner sent us to a ski renting shop " Olive" very near, with great material and great service!

The warm friendly welcome. The attentiveness and efforts to make our holiday the best it could be. Right down to going the extra mile and making cinnamon rolls on Christmas Day especially for us because it is a family tradition we have. Really lovely people and wonderful having the bakery downstairs. It was all really easy with our young children. The living space is really charming with the feel of a wooden chalet. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
