We loved our stay. The owners could not do enough for us. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well and the property is located in a fabulous position in the centre of town. The breakfast was all local produce and amazing, it has set a very high bar. Gilles made our stay extra special and took the time to help us every morning with our itinerary and suggested places to go. I could not rate our stay highly enough and the property highly enough. Surrounded by amazing houses, lovely cafes and restaurants. Our hosts went out of their way booking dinner reservations for us. La Vieille Tour was exceptional!

Hosts Fabienne and Giles have made a wonderful B and B in the heart of a beautiful medieval village. Our room was large and comfortable, breakfasts provided was exceptional featuring regional cheeses and Giles has compiled a great guide to local attractions such as vineyards and chateaux.

Buautifully decorated room in a medieval house, clean, well equipped and with owners who were very friendly, informative and supportive. The town is also amazing, with many old medieval buildings and quiet (this was early september). There's a few good places to eat also.

Possibly the most welcoming and charming hosts we have experienced. They could not do enough for us including providing their own tablet so we could watch the Tour de France. The history of the building is fascinating and Gilles and Fabienne have renewed it with love and respect. The staircase is not for people with mobility issues but it is part of the history of the building. Gilles helps you up with the luggage and it is a great part of the experience which by the end of our stay was easy! Make sure to ask Gilles about booking restaurants in advance, he has the connections. Breakfast was amazing with so many options and locally made produce. Absolutely not your standard french coffee and croissant! We would thoroughly recommend staying here to experience a special part of Burgundy.

We had a very special stay, made complete by two of the friendliest, caring, informative and organised hosts you could hope for. The restoration they have completed of a medieval building is fascinating, our room was incredibly comfortable, and the generous breakfast provided was made up of local goods that we likely would not have found or tried otherwise. The village of Noyers retains an exceptional amount of its historical charm, and this place allowed us to stay at its heart.

This was my second time at this location. This time the room on the top floor. Amazing with a sprawling bathroom with a separate bathtub. Breakfast excellent with many (local) options from meats, cheeses and jams. Everyday a basket full of fresh fruits, fresh juice and different kinds of breads. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. Gilles knows everything about all the best places to visits, has restaurant recommendations and can even make your reservations.
