“Misrepresentation of reality”

Photos on booking.com are a complete misrepresentation of reality. Beer tasted like they've not cleaned pipes in years. It's dirty, over grown and needs serious maintenance. Our room was in very poor condition. Could see your foot prints on the floor from the thick dust. No tea or coffee option in room, front door handle coming off, shower filled and drain was an open sharp metal hole. Pools in photo's are not kept as they are in the pictures and the slide needs a massive service. Kids playground closed and very dangerous looking and my boys got gastro from eating the ice-cream. We booked 2 nights, stayed 1.

Big room, nice pools, close to the sea

All staff is swimming pool at 10. The Aquapark is opening 12:00. I think it is better to give time before business 1 hour. In the swimming pool, all crying.

I liked that the hotel is located near the seaside, but there are also 4 swimming pools at the territory. The breakfast was good. The stuff at the reception speaks also English and Russian. There are airconditioning in the rooms, so it is fresh.

Very old furniture and facilities in the room. We checked in and electricity and water were off for 5 hours. The beach is not clean, no beach facilities at all. The trip was very disappointing. Do not recommend to expect a lot if you decide to come

“This is the worst hotel in the world! This is a real scam for money as not even a penny is worth.”

The beach view but it also has disadvantage as until 3am, the concert has been making so much noise that it was impossible to sleep and rehabs a relaxed mind.

Don't recomended !!! This hotel definitely has overpriced: - the room requires a major renovation, - the floor in the bedroom is wet because it is dripping from the air conditioner, - they cheat in the restaurant, - the beach is very dirty and so are the pools and loud music in the hotel plays until late at night so that you can listen loudly in the room, which no one has informed about, - aquapark equipment is very worn, - buckets of chlorine are pouring into the pools in front of the guests. Don't count on Booking.com Team ! They don't help.

Let me clear and guide you on location and stay in hotel. Plan your stay in hotel in such a way that when you are finish with Baku city tour and wanted to spend some quality time with in hotel while staying in hotel with kids and family. All fun is available at hotel premises. Since it is far from city so keep the last days of your stay in Baku in this hotel. Superb beach and superb aqua park with in hotel with lovely music and live songs. Restaurant food is good and not expensive. The best part is hotel provided doctor service in hotel room if required as hotel has 24hrs doctor available in hotel. I had backack due to my mistake in water slide and they provided doctor service free of charge with medication. We entire family enjoyed and would love to go again in same hotel AF hotel and Aqua park.
