The hotel staff deserve special mention. Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally polite, tactful, welcoming, and friendly. They were always ready to help, and it truly felt genuine. Their attitude made our stay even more pleasant and memorable.

The locations is very nice directly next to the sea, you can enjoy breakfast with sea breeze. The location is very strategic for the visiting the city. The stuff is very very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

Our stay at Hotel Rivalmare was simply amazing! Beautiful, well-maintained rooms with a fantastic view directly of the sea, a rich breakfast buffet, and a perfect location in Novigrad with a beautiful beach just a few minutes' walk away. The charming town center is also only a 5-minute walk, yet it’s pleasantly quiet in the evenings when it’s time to sleep. Be sure to try the pan-fried branzino at the hotel’s restaurant, Libecchio — absolutely delicious! We would especially like to thank the kind service manager Pero and his extremely friendly and attentive team. Every special request was fulfilled immediately — it couldn’t have been faster :) Thank you! We truly enjoyed our stay. We warmly recommend this beautiful hotel with its cosy and family-like atmosphere — it far exceeded our expectations.

Easy access - very friendly staff members - all speak English, german, Italian. Has elevator. Hotel is peaceful but in the center. You can walk to the city. The food is excellent compliments to the chef. It’s also pet friendly they also offer dog blanket the beach is easy access infront the hotel. Water is clean. They have their own sunbeds

As far as we understood, the hotel has two parking areas — one right next to the hotel and another a bit farther away. We were lucky to park just a few steps from the entrance. A day before our arrival, someone from the hotel contacted us themselves and asked if we needed parking. The rooms are new, clean, stylish, and very pleasant. Fresh flowers in the room, welcome drinks upon arrival. The bathroom is spacious, with lots of towels and hygiene products. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged. Huge mirror. Plenty of closet space and hangers. There’s also a minibar and fridge. What you see in the hotel photos is exactly what you get. The breakfast is luxurious. A wide selection, but what impressed us most was how beautifully everything was presented. Big kudos to the chefs! You can also order a freshly made omelet or fried eggs — they’ll bring it right to your table. We often travel with our cat, so we were pleased that pets are easily accommodated here. The pet fee is symbolic — just €10 per night. Food from the restaurant, pet fees, and other extras are simply added to your final bill, which you pay at checkout. Super convenient. Great soundproofing. The hotel was fully booked during our stay, but we didn’t hear a single sound through the walls. With the balcony door closed, the room was completely quiet.
