Enjoying a central location in Novigrad, the small, family-run Old Stone Boutique Hotel Santa Maria is only a few steps from the sea, close to the marina and to sports grounds. Santa Maria offers spacious, stylish and air-conditioned rooms equipped with all necessary facilities and free internet access. Here you can experience Mediterranean history and more than 30 years of family tradition. In the restaurant various seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes of high quality are served. You can relax and dine at the restaurant or on the terrace and savour great wines, carefully selected by the staff. Please note that the Santa Maria welcomes all guests for a minimum stay of 2 nights in May, June and September / 3 nights in July and August (and possibly during some holidays). Exceptions to this regulation can occur for certain dates.

“Great food, friendly staff, perfect location.”
The staff was very friendly. We asked if we could have a late checkout because we were running a half marathon and wanted to take a shower, and there was no problem at all.

Very nice staff, the room was nice and clean and also had a big balcony! Comfortable bed, very good breakfast and two very cute and chubby cats hanging out in the front of the hotel! :)

Hotel in the center of the town what is perfect .Close to the marina, beach and plany restaurants!Hotel is dog friendly with elevator if needed.Breakfast is very tasty with fruits & cookies , you can ask for eggs as well ! Thank you to the hotel staff for a pleasant stay .We felt like at home😘
