“Delightful villa and hotel”
The LOCATION was excellent, near the beach, confortable walk distance from the city center and green areas too. NOVIGRAD is a charming small town. We enjoyed the BIKE RENTAL of the hotel to take a walk through a stunning green path by the sea, past the port. The bikes have good quality. The SERVICE at the hotel and restaurant was excellent and the staff very efficient and kind. The ambiental music in the swimming pool area was delightful and tranquil. The ROOM was very spacious and luminous, with a living room and a little terrace. They thought in every detail to make your stay confortable. It was also very CLEAN. We had half board; the FOOD for breakfast and dinner was good, varying every evening and with plenty of options with the only exception of fish; there were very little fish options and the quality of it was not as good. It was a bit weird for me considering we were in a coastal town. However, if you want to try very good seafood and fish dishes with stunning views, good service and nice ambiental music, go for lunch (or dinner, if you travel in summer time) to the stone RESTAURANT at the left of the hotel, next to the bike rental; I think it belongs to the hotel and it is excellent. The water of the SEA is extraordinarily clean, and our dog enjoyed the walks by the sea and the big GARDENS.

Location, great facilities - gaming room for kids is better than in 5 star hotels, table tenis, pools, everything vas nice. Food was great, a lot of different things.

“Amazing, upgraded stay!”
Room size (although they gave us an upgrade free of charge 😍), the bathroom (shower) very big. Everyone very kind and helpful. The SPA area is great and the pool quite big. The parking big enough and the check-in and out were fast and efficient. The game room with billard, pingpong, darts, PS, ... Is great as well. The buffet bar is big and the variety is great.

“Calm stay with some room for improvements”
Food was good, but be aware, we were staying there when there was some kind of training camp happening so it was really crowded in the restaurant. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Even tho we were there in colder side of the year it was still warm enough for mid day walks around the city of Novigrad.

“Overall i had a feeling like the hotel wasn’t clean overall and was sadly disappointed in the experience. I am not the k”
When we came into the room there was a terrible smell, like there was someone smoking and then tried to cover it with a fragrance(the smell didn’t go away trough out the whole stay). The shower had mold and the towels we were given had a bad smell. The whole hotel was full of football players in groups and you can imagine how crowded it was at the pool and in the saunas. A big disappointment was the food. At dinner there was such low quality food not that much selection. It very badly prepared, the only good thing were the bao buns. We went to breakfast at 8:15 and most of the food was cold, the coffee was bad, i can’t really compliment any of the breakfast food except the omlet that they can make fresh per your request. We really wanted to play at the game center but the pool and ping pong table were always full and also the game center is only open from 13:00-21:00. Also there was very limited parking at the property we, as well as many other cars, had to park at the side of the road and they still charged us 3€ per day.
