“Very disappointing experience – dirty room, unprofessional host, and broken promises”

We stayed for one night (July 25–26, 2025) and had a very unpleasant experience. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the room had not been prepared for new guests. The bed was not freshly made, the bedding was dirty and full of hair. The pillow had red and brown stains on both sides, and the duvet was also stained. There was a dark stain on the sheet and a yellowish stain on the blanket. The nightstands were dusty and had hair on them. The extra bed had a dark cover that was wrinkled and full of hair – clearly not freshly changed. In the drawer under the TV, where the menu was stored, there was a thick layer of dust and some unidentifiable debris, showing that it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. All surfaces, especially the white furniture, were visibly dirty and neglected – not just worn, but clearly not maintained. The bathroom was also unacceptable – the sink was dirty, the shower drain was clogged and unclean, and there were used shampoo bottles left behind from previous guests. Worst of all, there were traces of human feces on the toilet seat frame. The floor was not properly cleaned either. We called the host, who came to the room, apologized, and asked whether he should change the bedding or if we would do it ourselves – which was a surprising and inappropriate question. My girlfriend ended up helping him change the sheets. When we removed the bedding, we saw that the pillows and duvet were heavily stained and clearly very old – completely unsuitable for guest use. The host promised that the room would be cleaned while we were at the beach. However, when we returned, nothing had been done. The room was still dirty. We had no choice but to sleep on towels we laid over the bed, as we didn’t trust the cleanliness of the linens.

Room needs reparations , there was no coffee machine or even a kettle. No glasses or cups in the room. No shower get or soap. Dirty shower unit and one side of the shower unit missing . Breakfasts when it comes to payment. Once juice and coffee was included in the price the other time we have to pay extra. Some of the services from the list at booking web were missing.

The money for the apartments was paid, but the apartments were not available. As a result, I had to rent other apartments. The money for the apartments was not returned to me.

We have arrived to the location and no one was there. No one was answering messages through booking.com or direct messages to their contact number. No one answered multiple phonecalls. We had to find another accomodation. Total bastards and I hope no one ever books their rooms. Avoid at any cost!!!

location was good and the beach was very nice, parking was difficult (with motorcycle but we think also with car). The room was smaller than expected and you could hear other guests through the walls. The restaurant (Rocky Beach) was not open (only for breakfast) but we were at Mirakul next door and it was great.

Top location, close to sea. Good airconditioning in the room. Very friendly hosts. Nice restaurant and seats at the sea.
