The apartments are spacious, with a gorgeous view from the terrace with sun loungers and a table. The furniture is clean, new, and comfortable. The apartments themselves have a barbecue area and laundry facilities. The hosts are very helpful. The location was also very quiet because it's not even on the street.

The perfect place for vacation! Apartment has everything that you may need and everything that was mentioned in description. Amazing sea view from the terrace, fully equipped kitchen and barbecue zone, wash machine (in the basement). The surrounding area is quite quiet and calm, although the center with restaurants and shops just in 10-15 min walking. The hosts are super nice and hospitable (special thanks for the cold welcome drinks after long trip:) Free parking near the villa.

The apartment is located in a building situated high up in the town, which provides a wonderful view from the large balcony of the surroundings and the island of Krk. The apartment was very clean, which I greatly appreciate, and perfectly equipped. It is very spacious, with a large balcony that features not only a table and chairs but also two loungers. Since the building is situated very high in the town, it is very peaceful, but this can be a problem for people who want to walk to the beach, as it can be very challenging. Therefore, it is necessary to drive to the beach.

The apartment was perfect, clean, equipped and comfortable. The view of the village and the sea was amazing as it is located on top of a hill. The owner was very kind and helpful. We would definitely like to go here next time as soon as we get the chance. Thank you so much for everything, our holiday with my family was unforgettable.

“Family vacation in Nikolina apartments”

Very nice, friendly and helpful owners (speak English and German), super clean and big apartment in a quiet location away from the crowds of tourists with a huge terrace and a really beautiful view of the sea and mountains, trouble-free parking, perfect walking distance (downhill) to anywhere: 15 minutes to the beach or downtown with restaurants, grocery store and market and 25 minutes to port and Lidl. The room was equipped very well, you will find everything you need in it. It doesn't have a microwave, but you can heat the food in the oven if needed. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a room in the basement with a toilet, shower and washing machine that you can use on the last day after check-out if you want to visit the beach for the last time or wash your things during your stay (unfortunately, we didn't know this until we checked out). The nearest beach is nice, with crystal clear water (you will enjoy swimming and snorkeling), well maintained, very long (combination of terraces, smaller stony beaches and cliffs), flowing smoothly into a small park with trees. So you can choose whether to spread your things by the sea under the sun or in the cool under the trees. It is also perfectly equipped (refreshment stands, minibars, ice cream, pancakes, beach equipment, restaurant, small water park, water bikes, free showers and toilets...). The apartment is located above the city with a high elevation when returning from the beach (people parking near the apartments put stones under their wheels). So after a whole day at sea, walking back with stuff can be quite tiring as it takes more than 30 minutes to go up. You really need to prepare for this if you don't want to go to the beach by car and pay €2 per hour for parking. But we were fine with it because it made the holiday even more active and when you go back to the apartment, sit on the terrace and enjoy a drink while looking at the sea, you will always say that it was worth it!

“Perfect for summer holiday”

The apartment is very nice and big, with very nice view to the see, with quite sorroundings. It is well equiped, we even received coffee capsules for the machine. It was really great, the hosts are very nice. And the price is fair good. First it was hard to find, it is worth to put the Water Tower in the gps. Perfect for summer holiday. Thanks!
