“Reviews are misleading - Modern and clean but not recommended.”
Modern look and feel. Room was clean. Restaurant food was good and fair value. Room was quiet (ONLY if you had the window closed)

“Excellent hotel! Highly recommended.”
Due to an unforseen medical problem we had to give our room to a second party travelling to the same location and the hotel was very accommodating with the change. The person loved her stay and couldn't have been happier with both the hotel and the staff. A big bonus for her was that the hotel has private parking.

“Nice central location”
A nice location, with modern looks/design, seems new. Good parking facilities, nice restaurant with terrace on groundfloor level. Rooms are confortable and very clean. In the middle of town, close to the center and shops. Staff is prompt and helpful, behaving not necessarily warm, but professional.

The property was very reasonably priced with a great restaurant downstairs. Comfortable bed and pillow. Couldn’t hear any noise from the road. Reception staff were very helpful and only a few pounds to get into the centre in a taxi or a 30 min walk

“Enjoyable stay and would happily return”
Macchiato Rooms is on the outskirts of Novi Sad but an easy cheap taxi ride to the centre. We liked the vibe of the cafe/restaurant where the food and service are excellent. Everything was modern and the staff very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.

“Very good hotel”
Very nice hotel in a very convenient location. Extremely clean with very nice and modern decor. There was a fridge with freezer which was very convenient as we were travelling. Staff very kind and helpful! The facilities are very nice and the garage had many spaces to accommodate guests. There is also extra secure parking. The lady working on Thursday evening was very kind and helpful. She offered to call us taxi and while we were asking questions about taxis in Novi Sad, she even offered to give us her personal number in case we need help after her working hours. We obviously didn’t accept as we respect her personal time but her gesture was very much appreciated.
