“Quite misleading. You get a hostel room in a family house, not a villa or anything deluxe.”
From the description like „whole villa“ and „deluxe twin room“ and the pictures that show a big front garden terrace and the whole house we got high expectations and the impression that you rent a big part of the villa, like a complete floor. But what you actually get is a room that looks like it was once a dorm room of a hostel and is very basic. Also we did not get the rooms that we selected on booking.com. The villa is a family house where the owner and their family lives. The big terrace was full of toys and drying clotheslines and looked like was part of their private flat. In one of our rooms there was a lot of mold around the AC. The linen and towels were in yellow and brown colors, white is the standard to show cleanliness. We got the impression that there a way better value for money options in the city and found the description quite misleading.

“A quiet and cosy stay within walking distance of Novi Sad (city center)”
Located in a quiet street, Villa Ami is a low rise building with small, but comfortable rooms. The bathroom appeared newly renovated which included a spacious shower cabin. The room had ample storage, a good size tv and a mini fridge. The hosts were friendly and available when required. Parking is available on the premises (upon request), however there is ample parking available on the street (paid parking on the left hand side and free parking on the right hand side). There are a few cafes, one at either end of the street and a supermarket and bakery, within walking distance, on Novosadskog Sajam (road), which are both open 24 hours. A local green space, Futoski Park, is also within walking distance, on Nikole Tesle (road). Novi Sad is a walkable city. The city center is approximately 15 minutes away. Petrovaradinska Tvrdjava (fortress) will take you 45 minutes. If time permits, Fruska Gora (a national park featuring walking trails, vineyards and many monasteries) is well worth a visit (approximately 30 minutes by car from the city center).

“The owners were so cute but the privacy and the cleanliness were problem .”
They have charged my friend for one more night that he didn't stay in the hotel and it was noted that he wasn't enter on that date.
