Our 2nd stay at Helena, perfect location, close to restaurants and pubs, also bus stations and train station. Very clean and perfect balcony for smokers:)). The landlord is very helpful and polite. Definitely, we'll come back

“Worst experience ever! I have arrived and the owner didnt answer my calls!”
Worst experience ever! I have booked apartment 5 months prior to my visit. On the day of my booking the owner sent me a message on my private number saying he already has some people at the apartment. He did not answer my calls (30+ calls) and he also didn't want to cancel booking on the app, the next day he put on booking that I didn't show up! Ruined my whole trip that I've planned for 5 months!! Save yourselves and never book this apartment!!!!!!!!

The location is central! Very friendly property manager who hooked us up with lots of coffee. :) Modern apartment. All in all, comfortable.

“Lovely flat near center of Novi Sad”
Apartment has capsule coffee machine, right in front of the tourist destinations. We were here during Exit fest, lovely stay.
