Great value for money, lovely host met on arrival. Super comfortable bed and good location.

Extremely cold room, air conditioner works with a lot of noise. I had to close air conditioner and had to wear 3 sweaters + scarf to sleep. It is a shame that they don't have any heaters in the room. Worst hotel experience ever.

“Never again!”

They didn't even give me the room I had booked although it was available, ready to check-in and fully functioning. I booked the deluxe room, which was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen. I booked the room specifically because I needed a kitchen. About half an hour after I checked myself into the room, they came and put me in a different room that was half the size and had no kitchen, claiming that I was in the wrong room, which was simply not true. And they still charged me full price in cash at check in. Every day they kept promising that they would provide kitchen supply in my new room, so that I could at least cook basic stuff. But they never provided the promised kitchen supply until the day I checked out. The day before check-out I asked for a 50% refund. Suddenly the owner was not in town to give me my money back in cash. Instead he offered to wire it to my bank account. It was non-sensical and asymetric that they would charge me in cash on the spot, but do the refund by bank transfer when I am no longer in town. I insisted several times that they send somebody over to give me my money back. Only after I said that I would talk to the police about what I had been experiencing, they promised to make sure to give me the refund in cash at check-out. I eventually got the refund. Apart from this experience, here are a few facts about the room they had put me in: - the bed sheets had stains on them - there was a table where you could make coffee. The table was dirty and some of the glasses and mugs were dirty as well. - the sink in the bathroom was dirty - the water flush mechanism of the toilet kept getting stuck - the heating had to be on 70% of the time to keep the room warm (I was there in January). The heating is loud and it blows around the dust in the room. Wouldn't recommend it for people with dust allergies. - the description for the deluxe room suggests that there is a bath tub. This is not true.

A comfortable bed, clean and affordable. The room is freshly remodeled.

Decoration is good maintenance and really looks cozy. Room is big too. Super market and restaurants,bus stop near by. 10 mins walk to the centre.

Very spacious, clean and tidy. Everything worked well and it was quiet. Communicative about check in and out and payment. Decent location (20 mins from centre and 15 from bus stop). Good WiFi. Incredibly inexpensive

Nice and clean apartment. Very quiet with a flexible check-in. I especially liked the comfortable bed. There is a small kitchen, hot shower and big telly to watch your favourite shows. Highly recommend this place - excellent value for money

Okay, the room was exceptional. Nicely designed. Fully furnished, thick curtains so we could get excellent sleep. Host explaining things and giving recommendations about Novi Sad.
