Centrally located, has everything you need

I had to call booking, this was one of the two my worst experineces ever, since I started using booking, and that was since 2005! So, I 've been around for a long time on booking. As for the key and the door, it was not possible to take out the key out of the keyhole, it stuck since it is old and rusty so I had to sleep with key on the "wrong" side of the door, and unlocked, and it was pouring rain, I got sick as a result, and next day I flew home from Nikola Tesla Belgrade airport to see my parents, to make matter worse, I also infected my Mum, since she is really old and fragile health. It was Easter holiday, and instead being with my people, family and friends, I've spent it in bed, all because the doors were unlockable and I soaked wet the night before my flight home, trying to open the door and then trying to take out the key so I can sleep..... it really costs nothing to buy oil to moisture the keyhole or to buy new! You can imagine how my sleep was, I woke up every full hour with twitch , affraid if someone will enter the apartment. Horrible! I slept zero normal hours of sleep, I did not rest...the only worse experience than this was one night in a hostel underground in Budapest, which was in basement, unhealthy, unclean. So, unhealthy &unclean hostel in Budapest was the only thing worse than this. Even though the apartment is clean, it doesn't do much if you are unable to rest since you are aware that you are not locked and you are alone. So irresponsible from owners, I mean I happen to understand the language and have friends in Novi Sad, but what if I was a Japanese with zero understanding of any language, in foreign city!? Or if it happened in some country in which I do not speak language, like Iran or Norway or Finland, where language sound nothing like anything else!? This behaviour is really unexceptable, anywhere in the world. She appologised later, with excuses she had rough day....

The apart is great, located in a prime spot right in the city center of Novi Sad! The owner is very polite and nice woman! Checkin/checkout was quick without any problems! In short, it’s a small studio in an excellent location with friendly staff, highly recommended! Thank you!

The room is new and modern, has many antique things for decoration which was pretty cool and interesting. It was clean and I liked that it was not big, modern bathroom, kitchen, living room and stairs lead to bedroom, has air-condition. Great also if you stay several nights. Location is right in the middle of Novi Sad, in an alley, on the famous Zmaj Jovina street, everything is very close, that was exactly what I needed.

It is a beautiful and wonderful place, an excellent location, and the most beautiful thing about it is the good reception. They are wonderful people..It is not the first time that I stay in it when visiting Serbia. I feel that I am at home and I recommend visiting it.
