Very nice , modern , clean , near to everything, meanwhile in a very quiet place, which is a very good option to relax and access everything whenever you like. The owner Nedzad is a very nice person, he welcomed us with high hospitality, very friendly & flexible, you feel that you are at your family home not rental or guest

“Helpful Host Great Location”
The location is good close to markets, shopping, restaurants and to the old town.The apartment was a good size, very clean. The host were in contact the second day to see if all was good and anything they could do to help.Excellant follow-up and very helpful owners.I would recommend this stay.

“Excellent choice”
This is the perfect place to stay in Novi Pazar. The owner waited for us and offered a different room in case we needed a better space for our work. The place was perfectly clean with a wonderfully detailed bathroom.

Very clean and spacious apartment close to the city center. Good relationship price/quality. While central, is situated in a calm street and the the outside noise during the night is non-existent. Well equipped with AC, TV and even a small radiator in the bathroom for those staying over the cold months. The communication with the owner was excellent, I asked him if he could provide more kitchen utensils and he did so really quick. In would stay again.
