“Good value for the money, friendly receptionists. Amazing breakfast”
I loved the receptionists. They were the only one I spoke to, though but always friendly and smiling. The room was nice. The breakfast was AMAZING. (One of the best I had). I was given a discount on city tax, because I didn't have 20 denars notes. Thank you very much.

“5 star quality at an affordable price!”
Absolutely stunning room at an impeccably placed hotel in the centre of Novi Pazar. The room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed and a small sofa bed. The en-suite was perfectly adequate. The highlight of the hotel was the lobby/communal areas, styled as a Turkish hammam - an incredible dome with a large fountain. The free breakfast was also a treat, inspired by local cuisine. A 5 star experience at a fraction of what it would cost at home!

Everything was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place.

“Amazing”
The staff was amazing. Really helpful and friendly. I never saw o staff smiling like that. Location was middle of Novi Pazar. breakfast was good traditional and usual it was delicious and enough. They allowed me to extend the check out without payment.

“Fantastic accommodation sadly let down by poor breakfast”
We arrived late and were upgraded to the Presidential suite complete with in-room jacuzzi and sauna - very welcome after a day kayaking and climbing As anybody booking this hotel will already know, this hotel is one of the main reasons to come to Novi Pazar. The central atrium is absolutely stunning, the external architecture is breath-taking in its adventurousness and it is one of the few hotels in the world with rooms suspended above a river. Since the renovations the rooms are also very comfortable and, as the hotel is in the centre of town, have fantastic views towards the fort The receptionists were absolutely lovely and very keen to help with any questions Parking is well managed and secure the accommodation was really delightful and you will find yourself smiling at the whimsicality of its construction and the beauty of its central atrium - particularly at the luxuriant plants which must require constant attention
