Although the breakfast was included in the price we booked on booking because of the discounts offered by booking due to the loyalty progemmes, we didn't receive any breakfast and we were requested to pay extra money for having breakfast🤢. Also, for the accommodation, we needed to pay additional costs/taxes because the receptionist said that the price on booking is not the same with the price of the hotel did not agree with booking company for the discounts. What a shame! Despite all these facts, I appreciated that we received a better room than the one initially booked.

The window didn't close well enough, so it was cold in the room. We were given only one towel for two people. The pillows in the room were different sizes and hardness, one of them was like a rock. There was no soap in the bathroom, only shampoo and shower gel. When we checked in, they didn't ask us for our reservation number, so when we checked out, it turned out that we were put in a more expensive room, not the one we were counting on. We ended up paying 20 euros more.

“Excellent hostel by the river.”
Excellent location right by the river and right in town. Lovely bar by the river. Big clean room and bathroom. Proper duvet on the bed. Good WiFi. Friendly and helpful staff. Novi Pazar was much nicer than I expected. Well worth a stop.
