“Nice to look at and clean but too many down sides”
It’s beautiful property to look at and not to bad for a walk to town if you’re able bodied . About 25 mins we booked though as it had a pool and only found out when I messaged the day before it wasn’t available and foo late for cancelling !

“We stayed for one night on our journey and absolutely loved this delightful and welcoming place.”
A beautifully located, small, family-run hotel with incredible attention to detail. The few rooms are cozy, and the customer service is outstanding. We were particularly impressed by the delightful breakfast in the charming dining room and the adjoining private park – both absolute highlights. It’s not a modern 5-star wellness hotel but an authentic place with unique character. Highly recommended, and we’d love to return!

“It was a pleasant stay.”
The host is very nice and the place has a lot of history. The location is convenient. We booked the Junior Suite with Garden view, the room is big in size, clean, and well equipped with individual entrance. But the entrance is kinda at the back of the yard so it's quite a bit walk with the suitcases from where the carpark is. The next morning, the host gave us a tour of the salon which was amazing and also show us the history of the building.

unbelievable place, magical property, hostess is nothing short of a sweetheart, historic building. The more I say good things, the more speechless I am thinking about what a fantastic place this is. The breakfast room is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! The lawns, the statues, the pebbles, the walls... breathtaking.

“Extraordinary”
Villa Capannina is a wonderful old building in the middle of a beautiful garden park... situated on a hill at the edge of the village... The house looks a bit old, but is very well maintained and everything is very clean... a villa with a historical background, beautiful and with more than cordial staff... the welcome is super friendly, even though it is late in the evening... the highlight is the friendliness and cordiality of the lady of the house as well as an individually prepared local Italian breakfast with sweet and high-quality delicacies... Just a wonderful change from the usual hotels.

Extremely hot in the rooms with no air conditioner. Not good for hot summer days. We had fan in the room, but not really helping. The window was open, so we have some fresh air in the morning, but there is a road near by, so becomes really noisy at some point.
