“Nice hotel, but because of the breakfast and the noise from the train line, I won't come back.”
It was a big room, very spacious and very nice. I appreciated the cleaning. The maids and all the staff was really kind.

Great location, with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were squeaky clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also appreciated the thoughtful toiletries provided.

The hotel is 8min drive to Serravalle Outlet, that is really great! It's comfort, really clean and with helpful personal. If you have a chance, there's a parking on the territory. I recommend.

“If I needed to visit Novi Ligure, I'd go back, but only if I needed to visit.”
Breakfast was coffee from a proper coffee machine - we were not offered a second cup, probably, if we had asked there would have been. There was a prepacked croissant, several packets of Italian dry toast, a jam portion and some packets of buiscuits. Neither butter nor fresh bread.
