Only 300 metres from a pebbly beach, Apartments Novak is situated in the center of Novalja, a 5-minute walk away from the Main Street. Very nice owner, very nice view - love it. Big apartment. We recommend it. The center is a 7 minute walk away, but far enough away that you don't hear any noise. We enjoy it.

“We had a great stay and couldn’t recommend Vila Novak any more. Novak the owner himself was lovely and very welcoming.”
The property was very clean and in a great location in the centre, only a short walk away from the beach , shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony was also great.

We had a wonderful time during our vacation. We went as a group of friends, and the size of the accommodation was absolutely perfect for us. We were completely satisfied with everything. The owner of the villa, Zlatko Novak, is one of the kindest and most helpful people we have ever met. We hope we will have the opportunity to return to this beautiful place in the future.

The property was extremely clean and neat. We were left speechless by how pretty the apartment was. It’s close to the city centre and has amazing views. The owners are amazing. Always there for you when you need them. Will definitely be returning there next year

Very good location, almost in the heart of Novalja. There is always parking in the shade for all the cars, which is excellent when there is 30 degrees outside. The balcony is big and with a nice view. The host also got us some local cheese, which was also really good.

Zlatko was a amazing! Really nice guy ready to help you with everything. One of the best owners I met after staying in so many places. Apartment was clean, big and modern with two air conditioners. I can definitely recommend vila. I have been in Novalja 5 times and this was my best experience.

The property was clean/modern and in a good location. The property had everything we needed for a weeks stay . The owner Zlatko was so helpful and informative. On arrival he gave us a run through of the local area and the amenities in the apartment. He was always available if we needed any help. I would stay here again.
