Very good reception on arrival, the owner is friendly and social. The flat was clean, the kitchen is very good and all the equipment's the flat have, gives us a feeling of being home. A spacious balcony with sea view. The flat is also well located. As soon as we arrived, the keys were available, no waiting for the owner, and for the departure the same, very punctual.

First of all the owner is a very kind person who welcomed us to some cold drinks and explaining everything we needed to know. He helped us with the groceries and gave us a friendly taxi driver contact. We had the honor to be the first guests in this apartment as we have been told the owner was using it for himself before. With that in mind the apartment looks very cozy and gives more of a home atmosphere than one of an apartment usual does in Novalja. The kitchen has a very good equipment with a new looking dishwasher and a big fridge. Everything is clean and the AC is pretty fast at cooling. Moreover the balcony is perfect for evenings as you got a view on the port, a big part of Novalja and the sea.
